Adrienne Johnson
Chief Transformation Officer
Adrienne Johnson is the Chief Transformation Officer for Equitable and a member of the company’s Operating Committee. Ms. Johnson is responsible for Equitable’s service operations, the Implementation Management Office, corporate sourcing and procurement, corporate real estate, data and analytics, and the Results Delivery Office, which delivers enterprise-wide program management. She leads the transformation team in supporting business growth and shaping the customer experience.
Prior to her role as Chief Transformation Officer, Ms. Johnson was Equitable Chief Auditor, responsible for providing independent and objective assurance and consulting designed to add value and improve Equitable’s operations. Ms. Johnson has held several other leadership positions since joining the company in 1999, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, and Vice President and Chief of Staff in the office of the CEO.
Before joining Equitable, Ms. Johnson held positions with Enterprise IG, AIG Trading Group, Morgan Stanley and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
Ms. Johnson serves on the advisory board of the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University. She is a member of the Women’s Bond Club and is also a member of Women in America.
Ms. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University and an MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
