Hillary Menard
Chief Innovation & Design Officer
Hillary Menard is the Chief Innovation and Design Officer of Equitable and a member of the company’s Operating Committee. The Innovation and Design Office is leading the implementation of New Ways of Working throughout the company to increase the metabolism of Equitable and meet the evolving needs of its millions of clients.
Previously, Ms. Menard was Chief of Staff to the CEO of Equitable Holdings and the Head of the Executive and Corporate Development Office, which includes the Office of the CEO and Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG). In this role, she managed the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CEO, serving as a key advisor with responsibility for prioritizing the CEO’s agenda and liaising with the executive team and the Board of Directors. She drove and oversaw cross-functional strategic projects in the company and was responsible for CEO-level communications. Ms. Menard played a major role in the company’s Initial Public Offering (NYSE:EQH).
As the manager of SIG, Equitable’s internal corporate strategy team, Ms. Menard ensured the team’s delivery on business-enhancing projects focused on growth and efficiency. She worked with all members of the company’s Management Committee to strategically plan and execute communications.
Ms. Menard joined Equitable in 2005 on the Annuity Product Development team and went on to hold various roles, including Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO and SIG team member.
Ms. Menard graduated summa cum laude from New York University in 2005 with degrees in Economics and Political Science. She was a member of the 2018-2019 David Rockefeller Fellows Program class, and holds the FINRA Series 7 securities industry registration.
