Meredith Ratajczak is the Chief Actuary of Equitable and a member of the Operating Committee. In this role, she oversees the company’s Actuarial functions, including GAAP Valuation, Strategic Projects & Non-GAAP Valuation, Model Development, Process Design & Improvement, Regulatory & Methodology, Pricing, Business and Risk Partnership & Assumptions, and Actuarial Operations. 

Ms. Ratajczak joined Equitable from Brighthouse Financial, where she also served as Chief Actuary. During her tenure at Brighthouse, she was responsible for valuation, reinsurance negotiation, experience study development and actuarial margin analysis. 

Ms. Ratajczak received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Penn State University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of The American Academy of Actuaries.
